about me . . .

In 2014 we purchased a farmhouse built in 1897 on the plains of Kansas. We call it “The Noah Farm” because the name Noah means “rest”.  This is the story of our restoration of this house, land, and our search for rest in the midst of chaos.  We hope this blog will encourage you to dream big and also to find the inner rest of the soul that we all long for.

Visited our neighbors farm yesterday to see their Visited our neighbors farm yesterday to see their Great Pyrenees puppies. 🐶 One of this cute chunks will be coming to our farm the first of April. He will be an outside dog to protect our animals at night. They love to stay up all night to guard and sleep all day. Jordan, my son, wanted to take on this puppy as his own.
